What helps cure Excema? I am 12 and still have it bad on my hands. Any advice?

Hydrocortizone is what I use for my eczema, I think it might be prescription only though. If you're not looking for something from a doctor or GP I suggest any sort of basic moisturizer, especially ones that say ';oil-free'; and ';scent free'; as fragrances can make the eczema worse and having oily hands is pretty disgusting- so no wonder you don't want to use vaseline.


Also, hand wash that has moisturizer in would help too because when you use soap and other hand washes they can dry out the skin a lot. Hope this helps!
